The Eliza Lou Belted Quilted Puffer Jacket is shaped by a basket-weave quilted pattern that gives the surface noticeable texture and depth. A padded shawl collar frames a wrap front, and a matching tie belt cinches the waist, creating a defined shape with a flared, hip-length hem rather than the usual boxy puffer silhouette.
